Why do you need it ？
3LinX provides specialized services for new dwellings, including both Identification and Final Occupation Certificate (OC) Surveys. These are essential for boundary identification and the issuance of an OC, respectively. Managed by experienced surveyors, 3LinX ensures accurate and compliant surveying, crucial for the legal and regulatory aspects of property development and construction. These services are integral to confirming property boundaries and verifying that new constructions meet all required standards and codes.
What do we provide?
- An Work-as-Executed drawing of stormwater infrastructures overlaid with the stamped CC plans, and
- The sketch will need to be signed by a registered surveyor.
