The ESR Toll Expansions project, managed by Richard Crookes Constructions, involved expanding the existing Toll warehouse at Logos Prestons Industrial Estate. Completed for $13.5 million, the project added a 14,000 sqm warehouse and a 806 sqm single-story office. This expansion aimed to enhance the facility's capacity and functionality, addressing the growing needs of the Logos Property Group.
